Documentary Requirements - Certified True Copy of a New TCT/ CCT - Photocopy of Deed of Absolute Sale with BIR Stamp - Photocopy of previous Tax Declaration - Photocopy of Official Receipt of Transfer Tax payment - Duplicate copy of Tax Clearance from Treasurers Office      After the release of the New Tax Declaration it would be advisable for you to secure a latest Certified True Copy for record purposes.

Philippines will continue to be strong in the real estate sector for three (3) more years. MARCH 17, 2013 Real Estate Broker Exam Result

Last March 17,2013 (Sunday) the said examination was given by the Professional Regulation Commission and  conducted in the different testing center in the country from Cities of Lucena,Legaspi,Iloilo,Cebu,Baguio,Cagayan de Oro, Davao and Manila.  Under R. A. 9646 Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).   " SEC. 16. Release of the Results of Examination. The results of the licensure examination shall be released by the Board within ten (10) days from the last day of the examination.  The result shall be published in a daily major newspaper of general circulation and PRC website". Finally the long wait was over when it was released by the Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service (PRBRES) after eight (8) days of waiting.  1,928 successful examines out of 2,969 who took part in the said examination.
